LAS VEGAS — Three companies plan to create more than 130 new, high-paying jobs to help grow and diversify the Las Vegas region’s economy over the next two years. In July’s board of directors meeting, the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) announced Alliance North America (ANA), Mako Advanced Materials LLC (MAKO) and Universal Plastic Mold, Inc. (UPM) are moving to or expanding in the Southern Nevada Region.
Alliance North America is a manufacturer of mobile air compressors and generators; Mako Advanced Materials LLC is a local startup company producing surface adhesives and sealants for the aviation industry; and Universal Plastic Mold, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of injection molding services.
“LVGEA and its regional partners are excited to welcome these innovative companies to Southern Nevada,” said Tina Quigley, President and CEO of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA). “Their investment in our region not only bolsters our business ecosystem and helps diversify our economy, but it proves Las Vegas is an ideal hub for cutting-edge companies.”
The GOED board also approved tax incentives for all three companies, who will be contributing more than $40.7 million in capital investments in the first two years of operation and generate over $25.2 million in new state tax revenues over the 10-year abatement period. Details about the companies approved for abatements are below.
“Nevada remains dedicated to creating opportunities for business to thrive, and today’s approval is a testament to our proactive approach in attracting and retaining companies,” said Governor Joe Lombardo. “By supporting their growth, we are ensuring our state remains a hub for innovation and economic resilience.”
LVGEA, in collaboration with its municipal partners throughout Clark County, has supported these companies during the tax abatement approval process.

Alliance North America is a leading provider of mobile power and compression solutions, offering hybrid energy systems designed to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. Their clients include the construction and equipment rental industries, municipal governments, utilities, and more. ANA plans to add 200,000 square feet to its existing 149,000 square feet headquarters, assembly, and manufacturing facility located in Henderson to facilitate the growing demand for its products.
“We could not be more excited about expanding our corporate offices, and growing our manufacturing and engineering facilities for ANA, Inc., here in Henderson,” said Alliance North America’s executive team. “Henderson is a beneficial home to the company that provides us with strategic access points to our key markets and customers, lower cost of living, business-friendly tax environment, and an incredible workforce that we will continue to draw from as we grow. Ultimately, we chose Southern Nevada because of the strategic advantages the location offers us as a rapidly growing global business. The State of Nevada and its citizens share an enthusiasm for business and for creating opportunities and we look forward to being a great partner in that regard.”

In addition, MAKO envisions possible future expansions within the state, building upon their current investment in Henderson to further contribute to Nevada’s economic prosperity.
“We chose Henderson as our home due to the city’s thriving economy, strong community infrastructure, and commitment to nurturing business growth, which aligns perfectly with Mako’s values and goals,” said John D. Lincoln, President of MAKO. “With existing foundations in the region, choosing Henderson was a natural fit for us, offering ample opportunities for market expansion and meaningful community engagement. We look forward to building lasting partnerships and making a positive impact in the city.”
